We call healthy eating a diet that gives us the right combination of energy and nutrients for our bodies to function correctly. Therefore, it is essential to choose foods that provide the correct elements to maintain our health.

An unbalanced diet can lead to chronic and acute illnesses that pose a high risk. Here are 10 basic rules for healthy eating:

  1. Eat Foods From All Groups On The Thin Plate

Insufficient quantity to meet the caloric needs of the body and maintain the balance of its balance, it is neither more nor less food that we mainly need, according to our age, weight, sex, and physical activity
